We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to expand their career with Patni as an Enterprise Systems Practice Director.

Practice Directors provide business planning, business leadership, domain technical expertise, business development, staffing, and personnel leadership to drive and support business initiatives. They use broad discretion, manage and foster customer relationships.

Ideal candidate qualifications:
** 15 years experience in ERP environment
** 5 years Life Science industry
** 5 years background with SAP having completed at least 2 large implementations
** Experience working for a professional services (consulting) company
** Previous responsibility for Business Development and Project Delivery in the services industry
** Experience with offshore delivery models
** Previous accountability for establishing and achieving annual revenue, profit and growth goals for the line of business
** Experience planning, developing and hiring appropriate resources to meet the business plan and to strategically hire for ongoing business opportunities
** Experience providing the highest level of technical consulting and project success to clients on a fee-for-service basis
** Skilled at generating quality client proposals and marketing plans
** Resides between Washington and Boston
** Possesses a Bachelors Degree or higher degree
